Happy Friday and HAPPY St. PATTY’s DAY! I’m actually an Irish citizen, so I fully support this day and will certainly be partaking in the celebration!
I love Friday Favorite days because I love learning about what other people are loving and finding new things to try! Here are some of the things I’m loving this week:
Pipcorn!
This stuff is delicious! This is the only flavor I’ve tried, but it tasted exactly like truffle, so they pretty much nailed it here. This bag was demolished by two people in 30 minutes and it was the family size…. so yeah, it was thoroughly enjoyed.![pipcorn is a healthy snack]()
Colorful lunches!
I’ve been making deliciously colorful lunches this week at work! I just bring in some baked chicken (I batch bake chicken breasts on the weekend) and pair it with zucchini or bell peppers, spinach and fruit (berries and apples are my favorites!) I usually put a little ketchup or BBQ sauce on the chicken because we all know I love my condiments.![healthy chicken for a healthy lunch]()

Chocolate + caramel + cashew is a match made in heaven and we all know it. These bars have a great balance of fats, carbs and protein to hold you over until your next meal. They get my stamp of approval! ![caveman foods healthy snack]()
Okay, I’m off to celebrate St. Patty’s Day! I’m lucky there are tons of Irish bars in San Francisco, so it won’t be hard to find a good party! Happy weekend to you all!
