Wow, I had a whirlwind of a weekend in Denver! Dane and I left Friday morning and spent two nights in Denver to explore the city. We absolutely love traveling, so we take advantage of our weekends as much as we can. We’re always planning trips and this one was such a blast. Denver is such a fun city and it was nice to get out of SF and experience a change of pace in a different city. Any Denver readers out there?

Q: What do you eat for a quick and easy breakfast?
A: I’m a creature of habit when it comes to breakfast, so I typically eat the same thing until I get sick of it. That way, I don’t have to spend time thinking of what to make each morning, since my mornings are packed. Right now, I eat 3 hard boiled eggs and two big tablespoons of peanut butter or half peanut butter and half peanut flour paste. You can see it in action here! Some other filling and easy ideas are Greek yogurt bowls with a fat source (nuts, nut butter) and fruit or protein powder and overnight oats with a fat source and protein source, too!
