I love rounding up recipes that are based on one main ingredient. I’ve done one with zucchini and one with cauliflower, but today, I’m featuring one of my favorite legumes, Chickpeas!
Chickpeas are a great source of protein and fiber, so they keep you feeling satisfied. They are also rich in folate and iron, both important in keeping your blood healthy! While I love simply sprinkling chickpeas on my salad, I found ten unique ways to cook with chickpeas that I’m sharing today.
