Woohoo! We made it, friends! It’s Friday, it’s almost the weekend and I’m here to share some new favorites from the week. What are you up to this weekend? Dane and I have a fun date night planned tomorrow and Sunday I’ll be relaxing, doing some blog work, food prepping and hitting up the grocery store!

Sunny days in San Francisco
We’ve had great weather lately in San Francisco– after some REAL bad rain storms, so I’m loving the sunshine. I always want to do things out and about when it’s sunny, so here are some of my favorite outdoor spots:
- Fort Mason, Golden Gate Park or Dolores Park for picnics.
- Campus Bar’s outdoor patio
- Drinks at Zeitgeist
- Pier 23 Cafe for some food and drinks
- Sitting outside Bar San Pancho in the Mission

Pop Snacks
An impulse buy at the local market, these little puffs and pops are tasty and fun! I don’t know what it is about pop foods, but I love a good crunch to snack on. The Lotus Pops were definitely my favorite. Big and chunky!

Client Successes
This week, one of my clients, Laura hit the 20 pound weight loss mark and I’m SO dang proud of her. We’ve been adjusting her macros to make sure she is consistently losing weight without having to restrict any foods. She’s been hitting her macro targets everyday while still enjoying treats and fun foods! Way to go, Laura!

The 52 Lists Project
I got this book (affiliate link) in December and while I’m a little behind, I love doing the tasks every week. It forces you to think of positive things in your life and to reflect on what makes you happy. The tasks take 5-10 minutes and really make a difference on your mindset going into the week. I highly recommend it!

Mid-week date nights
Dane and I usually choose a day in the middle of the week to grab some food and drinks in the city. It’s a fun tradition and it’s something we can both look forward to during the week! This past week, we headed over to the Pac Heights area and grabbed some wine at Scopo Divino. It was a cute little spot with Italian bites and a killer selection of wine!
