My goodness it’s been several days and you deserve an update! This post is going to be a big picture blast of recent eats and activities.
Last week and this week have been full of studying for exams, but that doesn’t mean I have neglected my yummy meals!
Thursday night I had a little ‘Skype dinner date’, so to calm my rumbling tummy I snacked on these peanuts I saved from a previous Southwest flight! I always take the little packets to save in my bag- they are great when you are on the go!
Then it was time for a drink and this delicious dinner: chopped veggies with lime juice, pepper, 2 turkey hot dogs, ketchup and mustard!
Hot dogs with ketchup and mustard ALWAYS remind me of my childhood!
Friday was spent studying and training clients! I dug into this dinner that night: Bagel with peanut butter, two eggs, spinach and kale and apple slices (it was SUCH a hot day and cold, crisp fruit sounded incredible!)
Saturday was GAME DAY! I spent the afternoon tailgating in the HEAT. It was a blast, but I was more than ready for food, water and sleep when I got home!
Sunday was spent studying (again!) and training more clients. The highlight of my meals was dinner! I picked up some Hawaiian style turkey burgers from the supermarket because they sounded delicious! I paired the burger with a bagel (cream cheese on one side), veggies and ketchup!
Oh and one of these mini pops snuck its way in there!
Tootsie pops are by far my favorite lollipop! I much prefer the chocolate flavor though. Always, ALWAYS chocolate for this girl
Today I hit legs, went to class, studied some more and now I’m off to my night class, but before I go, here was my dinner today: bagel with two eggs, peanut butter (on one side) cream cheese and jam (on the other side!) and chopped veggies!
And some chocolate to finish off…
And now it’s time for class! Happy Monday, folks!
P.S. Did you catch my latest blog post?
Questions of the Day:
What is your favorite lollipop flavor?
If you had to choose one vegetable to eat for the rest of your life, what would it be? I choose brussel sprouts!
